Bishop Mike, as he is called by his Catholic community, commissioned Father Robert to organize the founding of St. Paul School - the diocese's premier Catholic primary school.

Bishop Mike was born in 1956 in Tanzania and was ordained a priest in December of 1982.  He was consecrated as Bishop of Musoma in January of 2008.
