We need to boost the nutrition of our breakfast and lunches for the students by adding fish meal to the corn meal

Meat from fish will be used to supplement the nutritional profile of meals served at St Paul School.  In rural communities where socio-economic conditions are poor, providing multiple meals a day helps to ensure that children arrive on time and remain present throughout the school day. Thus, chronic absenteeism can be alleviated. Tilapia is the intended fish to be farmed.  Should there be any surplus in supply it will be sold to the local community, with all proceeds fed back into the school for maintenance and further development.
